Refund Policy

STEP BY STEP RETURN POLICY:

You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
You can contact us via e-mail: info@memorsport.com
Or you can just send the item back, along with the return form. Here’s how to do that:
1. Log into your account.
2. Scroll down to „Returns” section and click „Add a product return”.
3. You will be asked to choose products you want to return.
4. After doing that you will be asked to choose return method. We recommend choosing the first one as it’s the easiest one: we’ll send you a return label for your package, you won’t have to write anything by yourself. You will be required to pay for said return label - the amount will be deducted from the refund.
5. Choose a refund method. If you choose a refund via bank transfer be sure to double-check your account number, so that we’ll be able to send you your money back as soon as possible.
6. After choosing refund method you’ll see a summary of your refund. Once you acceptit download a return form, print it, sign it and put it inside the package. Print a return label and stick it on the package.
7. Now you’re ready to send your package!

All returned items need to be safely packed and undamaged - just the way you got them in the first place. Once we receive the item, a refund process is initiated. After we confirm than an item is indeed undamaged we will send you your money back. The refund includes: item price and shipment cost.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns have to be made at your own cost.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
• memorsport.com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
• Refund will be issued only after the product is received.
• Refund will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the product. It may take a few business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account (it varies between different banks).
• You can return either complete order or some items from the order.
• If you didn’t choose the recommended return method (with an automatically generated return label) please make sure to paste/write the correct address:
